Our History

British born-and-raised Michael (a.k.a. Mick) Shillingford opened The Fish & Chip Shop in November 2008 out of a desperate yearning for traditional fish and chips. He grew up in south west London and came to America at the age of 24. He has since perfected the recipe for fish and chips and is sharing it with us Yanks.
